In this role you will be responsible for building new business and successfully driving the revenue targets. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our offerings. You will serve as a brand ambassador, representing at various events in a professional and engaging manner while proactively identifying potential leads and capturing relevant customer information.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads for Learning Management System using various channels.
  2. Engage with prospects by visiting various trade shows, conferences, product launches, and promotional events to capture LMS leads.
  3. Educate customers about MapleLMS product, highlighting key features and benefits.
  4. Generate Leads by executing all aspects of events, including but not limited to managing booths at trade shows, conferences, product launches, and promotional events.
  5. Identify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening during customer interactions.
  6. Travel regularly to attend in-person meetings to develop new business, identify specific project opportunities to be quoted, and to maintain your existing clientele as you develop your book of business.
  7. Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to nurture relationships and encourage conversion.
  8. Conduct online webinar/sessions to generate leads
  9. Maintaining data/activity in CRM daily
  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  11. Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.
  12. Collaborating and Managing Sale support with remote teams based in India.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirement:

  1. This role requires regular travel to various locations
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field
  3. Knowledge of LMS systems is an asset.
  4. Strong personal organizational skills and ability to keep track of multiple client campaigns and meet deadlines.
  5. Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with various levels of stakeholders.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets and objectives.

Travel: 70%
